Known Issue: Index Field Remains Invalid Despite AND Validation Rules Being Met

Issue

When processing a document type that has multiple validation rules joined with the AND operator, the index field should become valid if all validation rules are satisfied. Instead, the index field evaluates as false and marked as invalid.
